I collect some of the early fairytopia dolls and this one really catched my attention. I bought one for my little sister and one to add to my collection. This doll is probably the prettiest doll we have. She has long ,wavy, soft beautiful hair with pretty purple streaks in the back. I love fantasy-like creatures and this mermaid is very beautiful and probably one of the best mermaid dolls around. Her tail has two pretty jewels and another jewel in the center of her pretty seashell top. I have no idea why people are complaining about the fin. My sister , of course, opened hers and I pushed in the tail fin till I heard a "snap!" and it has never fallen off. You just need to read the instructions more carefully and push in harder til you hear that "snap!" which there are two of I believe. This doll adds so much beauty to my collection and my sister just loves hers very much and plays with her constantly.
This is a beautiful doll and in my opinion the best Fairytopia doll thus far.

My mom just got me this doll a couple of days ago, it was the only won she found behind the My Scene dolls at Walgreens!
It is my FAVORITE barbie in the whole world!
It's so beautiful, and the tail doesn't fall off you have to push it in with all your force!

Beautiful mermaid barbie.
I bought one for my niece and she just LOVES it and still plays with her after over a year and a half!
I also thought the doll to be extremely charming & beautiful, so I bought 2 for my collection.
This doll is the best in the Fairytopia line and is just so beautiful.
If I could I'd give it a million stars!
