VERY UNIQUE
I'm a barbie doll colector and when i saw this barbie i was so mezmerised. I couldn't decide which fairy to buy till i bough this one it's so Beautiful. i loved it

Not-so-sparkly
My sister,Lene, recieved this doll for her 6th birthday and she liked it very much. She played with it alot but the doll soon lost all her sparkles, and the wing's fabric somehow separated. She was very sad but moved on, however now we got addicted to collecting Fairytopia dolls. I'm 16 and I collect lots of things especially Japanese imported anime things but I also collect cool-looking differen't dolls. I really like the fairytopia dolls not so much the one's based on the movie like the Elina and Jewelia ones but I like the Early ones. I have the blue and Lavender Sparkle fairies and the Pink and Aqua mermaids. I usually buy 2 of each one for my sis and one to add to my collection. I think this fairy looks very different and nice it's great for collectors but I'm not sure for little girls. It adds beauty to my collection but it doesn't do too well as a play-toy.

A Fairy with no wings
When my niece got the Magical mermaid barbie she of course wanted a fairy to play with her. We went to Toys R Us and she picked out this purple fairy. I really liked how the fairy looked, it looks so differen't than all the other dolls.The doll has a very pretty face like the mermaid and is very sparkly. However, then the problems started occuring. For the first hour or so my niece was busy playing with this doll and the magical mermaid doll. Then she came out of her room with the fairy in her hand and with sparkles all over her! She was complaining that the wings kept falling, so I put them right back on her. They continued to fall so she just put them away in her barbie box. She still liked the doll, but after two weeks or so all the sparkles were gone. She was of course very depressed but continued to play with her mermaid and fairy doll. She has lost a bit of intrest in the fairy doll though, and now wants another friend for her magical mermaid. This doll is very pretty but lacking a little durability, however it still worth the money.

Our 2 year old LOVES this Fairy Barbie!!!
She got this same one in pink for her early 2nd birthday from a friend of hers and is crazy about it so I am sending her Dad to pick-up the purple one for her! Great price and so cute. Nice alternative to the OLD Barbies!!! We Love it and am so happy she does too! Pretty durable and sooooooo adorable!
